Thai massage on floor or table
Thai massage is a 2 500 year old therapeutic technique rooted in the Indian healing traditions of Ayurvedic medicine. It is a full body treatment. It can be practiced on a floor on a mat or on a table. Both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility.
The practitioner guides the client through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy lines and pressure points. This art is practiced as a duet. Counterbalancing and levering the recipient’s body with his own, the practitioner works with gravity, breath, and directed touch to create a harmonious and therapeutic ‘Yoga Dance’.
This massage is open to all and doesn’t require any specific flexibility or yoga practice.

Prenatal massages
Based on Thai massage, this massage is adaptable to any stages of pregnancy. It specifically caters to expecting mothers using a variety of props to provide greater comfort (inclined posture on the back, side and sitting postures). You will be completely taken care of to relieve any specific tensions from pregnancy.
Targeted massage (head, neck, shoulders or feet)
This massage is recommended for those experiencing stiffness or pain in the upper body (head, neck and shoulders) or love to receive feet massage. We use passive stretching, massage targeted to these areas, the application of acupressure points and work on energy lines for a great moment of relaxation. It can be done with or without oil. Choose where you want to be worked on and get a personalized massage.
