People say that I am calm, gentle and patient. I see myself as a pragmatic person, a good listener who is very precise at what she does. From one view to another, some of that must be true!

On my own path, every day I consider life as a voyage. I get my inspiration mainly from Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda, from my friends and creative activities. I come from the business world, where I had to face the challenges of performance and time management. At that time, I started exploring “alternate” ways to take care of my own well-being.
Starting in 2007, I have completed various training programs: yoga teaching (Iyengar-based, restorative and hatha yoga) and more specialized programs (prenatal and therapeutic yoga). In 2009, I broadened my knowledge during a 3-month adventure in India. Afterwards, I learned several massage techniques: Thai and Ayurvedic massage at Lotus Palm, Art of Living and Ayungdari.
I have been initiated to Ayurveda in 2003. I am a certified Ayurvedic healh counselor from the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, USA. I’ve been trained with famous doctor such as Dr Douillard, Dr Mann, Dr Bhatt, Dr Joshi, Claudia Welch and Larissa Carlson…
The advice I give is the advice I follow myself and I am continuously learning and working on my own well-being.
